Execute™

The goal you keep putting off?
Let’s finish it in 10 weeks.

The thing you keep saying you’ll start “next month.” The one you already told people about. The one you started, stopped, and still can’t let go of.

Your important goal. Start to finish.Structure. Accountability. Live coaching with Coach Cho.

“Is this just Kaizen again?”

No. Kaizen was about your body. This one is about that important goal outside fitness you’ve been postponing.

Who this program is for

You're probably in your 30s, 40s, or 50s. You have a job or a business, people who count on you, and responsibilities that already take up most of your time.

And somewhere behind all of that, there are goals that mean something to you, sitting there, pushed back for months, maybe even years.

And they are still waiting for you.

Not fitness. Something else.

Maybe you've restarted them a few times. Maybe you've planned them for months and never really started. Or you were making progress, got busy, tas hindi mo na nabalikan.

However it happened, they keep coming back. And every time they do, something tightens in your chest:

“Bakit nga ba hindi ko pa rin sila na-aachieve until now?”

You know you're capable of more. But somehow, you're still stuck in the same place.

So, what's getting in the way?

So you do what most people do: you go after the next exciting thing. A new idea, a new plan, a new goal.

It feels like you're working on a lot of things.

But look closely… nothing has actually moved.

Introducing

Execute™

Where unfinished goals get done.

The 10-week consistency program for people who know what to do, but struggle to follow through.

The promise

I will help you achieve the goal you keep putting off in 10 weeks, even when you're busy, scared, or just not in the mood – and install an execution system that helps you stay consistent on any goal that comes next.
— Coach ChoFounder, Execute™

How the program works

Most programs, YouTube guides, and AI conversations teach you what to do. Almost none of them deal with the part where you don't do it, or struggle to.

Day 1 Day 70 Still planning One bad week, and it's over Execute™

Execute™ gives you the structure, the accountability, and the tools. So you keep going even when you're busy, kahit may doubts ka, and when the plan you made stops working.

The principles behind Execute™ aren't theory.

They're the same principles I've used on myself. In fitness, in business, and in the habits nobody ever sees.

Coach Cho on stage at the Kaizen season-ender, the company team, a studio portrait, speaking to a packed room, family, and his Jeep.

And a lot of smaller ones.

People assume I'm naturally disciplined.

I'm not.

Every single thing on that list came from a system, and from years of refining that system and fixing it whenever it broke.

That's the skill I can teach you.

And it's also what made Kaizen work.

The Kaizen community at a Half Time meet-up.
Kaizen. 70+% finisher rate, 1,254 transformations in 2025 alone. Most programs don't come close.

Not the workouts. Not the nutrition. It was the structure, the accountability, a plan you can adjust on your busiest days, and a way back if you fall off. That's the execution system.

Execute™ takes that same system (minus the overwhelming parts) and applies it to a goal outside fitness that matters to you.

And before I built this program, I spent an hour each interviewing over 30 people with goals they kept putting off. I forced them to choose between:

Option A

Getting the goal, but not becoming more consistent.

Option B

Becoming more consistent, even without fully hitting the goal yet.

31 of 34chose Option B — consistency.

That told me something important: people don't just want one goal finished. They want to become someone who can keep finishing the goals that matter.

Execute™ is designed to do both.

Is Execute™ for you?

This is for you if…

  • You have a meaningful goal outside fitness you've been putting off or restarting, and it still matters to you.
  • Your goal keeps losing to work, family, and everything else, and it's been bothering you for a while.
  • You mostly know what to do (not everything), but something keeps getting between intention and execution, and you want to close that gap.
  • You keep stalling: overthinking it, second-guessing yourself, waiting to feel ready.
  • You already know you do better with structure and support around you, and you want that for this goal.
  • You're ready to finish a real goal and become someone you can trust to follow through again.

This is not for you if…

  • You don't have a goal you genuinely want to work on for the next 10 weeks.
  • Your main problem is that you don't know what to do yet and need specialized technical expertise first.
  • The problem is not your execution, but something outside you: money, a permit, some resources, someone else's decision, or other people's behavior.
  • You don't want structure, commitment, or to actively participate in the process.
  • You're okay with not achieving this goal, or delaying it again. You're content with where you are.

The deeper reason you need this now

It's not just about the goal. It's what happens after enough unfinished goals: you start wondering if ikaw ba talaga ang may problema.

The one who keeps planning but never starts, the one who starts and never finishes, or the one who keeps saying, “Eto na naman ako.”

It's not this year that should worry you. It's the next one, when you'll have less time, less energy, and less confidence to start with.

If you start now

Time
Energy
Confidence

Here's the other side.

Ten weeks. The goal's finished. And you'll have proof that you can trust yourself again.

And the bigger win is walking out with an execution system installed in you, one you can use on the next goal — and the one after that.

Questions you might have

Is this just Kaizen again?

What's the same: the tracker, the scoreboard, the accountability, the weekly live lesson. Everything that worked for thousands, minus the overwhelming parts.

What's new: the goal, which is outside fitness. How the goal gets written, what stops you and what to do about it, and how to keep going on the weeks na nagqquit ka normally.

I have more than one goal. Will you help me pick? Can I work on all of them?

Yes, I'll help you choose. We pick yours together at the start. Most people come in with two or three in mind, so that's normal.

We start with one because the system is new to you. You install it on one goal first, get good at it, then use it on as many goals as you want after. Learn it once, and it works for every goal that comes next.

And for your other goals, you don't have to drop them if you don't want to. Just pursue them outside Execute™, so you can see the difference between a goal with a system behind it and one without.

What kind of goals work here? Will mine fit?

Anything you can start working on today, without waiting for someone or something else. For example:

  • Launching a small business or side hustle
  • Getting your first clients
  • Passing a board exam or certification
  • Finishing a course you already started
  • Finishing your thesis or master’s
  • Writing the book
  • Starting the YouTube channel or podcast
  • Learning a skill or a new language
  • Clearing a work backlog
  • Decluttering and organizing your home

What doesn't work: goals that need something outside you to happen first. Money you don't have yet, a permit you're waiting on, someone else's decision. Or goals like “maging mas patient ako.” Real and worth working on, pero you can only practise that when somebody or something triggers you. Hindi mo pwedeng i-schedule yun.

Simple test: Pwede ba mo itong simulan this week, kahit walang ibang mangyari? Kung oo, it fits.

I won't teach you the know-how for your specific goal. I help you finally do the work you already know you need to do.

Iba-iba ang goals namin. Will it still work?
Yes. Your goal stays your goal. Execute™ works on the part that's the same for almost every unfinished goal. Following through when you're scared, when you're second-guessing, when three other things need you, when you've had a bad week and lost momentum. The specifics of the goal may change, but the execution problems usually don't. And that’s the part we train.
Will you teach me the how-to, the technical or business know-how for my goal?
No. If what you need is the technical side of your goal, this isn't the program for that. What I teach is the part every goal has in common. How to set a goal you'll actually finish. How to plan a week that holds up when you're busy. What to do with the fear, the doubt, and the days you don't feel like it. How to execute so well na pati ikaw mabibilib. And of course, how to come back after you fall off. And when you hit a question I can't answer, I'll show you how to find the answer yourself. That's what I did for every goal of mine that wasn't fitness. If you have a rough idea of what to do and the problem is doing it, this is for you.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Finish the 10 weeks. If your goal isn't done, and you don't feel you have a system that helps you stay consistent, just ask and you get every peso back.
What if I fall off in the middle?
You will. Everyone does. But we plan for it. There's something built into the program for the day you fall off. And you'll have your accountability group there, so somebody notices and pulls you back in. Falling off isn't failing. Staying off is.
I don't have time.
One lesson and one Q&A a week. Every session is recorded, so you can watch it later if you miss it. And the program is made for busy weeks, not perfect ones. If you can't give it even that much, then I think this goal isn't your priority right now.
Can I just do this myself with ChatGPT / Claude?
AI can help you plan and tell you what to do, but it can't get you to actually do it. It can't replace the stakes, accountability, scoreboard, and people expecting you to show up. Hindi naman “knowing” ang main problem mo. It’s your execution.
Is 10 weeks enough?
Yes. It's enough to finish one goal you keep putting off, and to build the system that got you there. It's been enough every time I've used it for my own goals. Ten weeks is long enough to prove to yourself that you can finish something, and short enough that you can see the end from day one. And since this is the first batch, if we learn the next one should be a little longer or shorter, it will be. But here's the bigger point: once you have installed the system that keeps you consistent, ten weeks or twelve stops mattering. Time na lang kulang. And you’ll get there anyway.
What happens after 10 weeks?
You have one goal done, and a system that helps you stay consistent on the next one. From there you can run your next goal on your own, or with us again if you want to.
Why color green?
Trip ko lang haha. No, because when I asked on social media what color consistency should be, one answer stuck with me: traffic lights. Green means go. Simple as that, honestly. You'll see amber / gold here too, and that's on purpose. Amber is the week you slowed down and kept going anyway. Still moving. But green is what we're after, and green is what you'll be going for every week in here.

One last time

You already know which goal it is.

Ten weeks from now it can be done, with a system you keep.
